o2 XDA Serra review
We are always browsing in search of great models that may also interest you, so “ran into” the o2 XDA Serra model. We thought it is quite refined and we liked its double structure. It may seem to you an old model, but we thought that once in a while is good to make a review on a phone that isn’t in the spotlights anymore.
This phone has a touch screen display with a great number of colors, its size is quite good (about 2.8”) and with 480 x 640 pixels. The touch screen looks really good and beside the virtual keyboard you also a full QWERTY one, the image is changed both by the change of the angle in which you keep the phone and there’s also a handwriting recognition involved!
And we were talking about the size of the display; let’s also talk about the phone’s dimensions in general! It has 102 x 53 x 18.1 mm and it weighs about 165 g. it’s quite difficult you may think, but it deserves a chance, doesn’t it?
When it comes to the alert types and the sound options, it’s obvious that this phone accepts all types of ring tones and you may apply even for your favorite songs to put them as ringing tone!
The internal memory size is 288 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. The agenda can contain as many numbers you like and your call records will remain there too, be sure of that!
When it comes to connection types and data features, concerning this phone we would like to say that it has a Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP; it has also 3G, GPRS, EDGE, WLAN and also an USB, that is a miniUSB.
The 3.15 MP camera has 2048 x 1536 pixels, auto focus, and LED flash. It permits you to take good pictures or even to film certain moments. Take pictures or videos and share them with your friends via Bluetooth. Keep them in your phone for as long as you wish, because there’s plenty of memory!
The operating system is Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, the CPU is Qualcomm MSM and the WAP browser shouldn’t be also forgot to be mentioned.
All in all it’s quite a good telephone. If you like this model you may buy a new one, because it’s not that expensive or you can apply for a refurbished variant!
